Targaryen Naming Overhaul - AGOT submod
After seeing some reactions to the name changes for the High Valyrian culture I decided to share a little project of mine I finished a couple of days ago after being tired of seeing Aelyx I pop after the canon children disappear and random Maegors out of nowhere.
I adjusted it to add female naming balancing as well with the latest changes.

Targaryen Naming Overhaul changes the automatic naming of children born into House Targaryen.
Male Targaryen names are selected from a pool based on their historical use within the dynasty. Primary heirs receive a more conservative selection of established royal names, while ordinary sons have access to a broader range of canon and rare Valyrian names.
Female Targaryen names use a separate weighted pool built primarily from names used by Targaryen women and queens connected to the dynasty. A small selection of Valyrian names can appear on rare occasions.
The submod prevents children from receiving the same name as a living or deceased sibling. Sons are also prevented from being named after their father.
Aenys and Maegor are normally excluded from automatic naming. They can only appear when the father possesses specific personality traits.
Aenys requires an Eccentric or Arbitrary father.
Maegor requires a Sadistic, Eccentric, Lunatic, or Possessed father.
Choosing either name brings substantial prestige and opinion consequences for the father, while the child receives a permanent reputation and prestige penalty associated with the name.
This submod only changes the automatic naming of House Targaryen children. Other Valyrian houses and cultures continue using the naming systems provided by CK3AGOT.
