I went to the metro today and found our the old cards are being discontinued, I didn't want to get the airtel ncmc card so I asked for my security deposit back and the customer care said that they are told not to refund the security deposit. They are indirectly forcing people to get the airtel card, I said I don't want the airtel card and they just have no idea what to do about that, I just won't get my security back.

I don't want the new card, when I got this card I was told that I will get the 100 rupees back and now you are telling me to forget it. That card was my emergency fund.

What can I do here?

Edit: card surrender ki receipt mili hai btw with refund amount of 100 written on it but wo mila nhi hai obviously, uske sath airtel ke booth se naya card lene ko bol diya gya hai

I just spend the saddest 1 week of my life tryna accept ki it was not for me fir ab ye. Maut dedete pr hope kyu dediye😭

I was ready to make a post about ending my journey then paper leak ki baat aa gyi. Ghar wale fir bhi padhne ko bol rhe. But I guess ab give up bhi nhi kar skte, since my parents deserve better than that.
