Southwest Signage at Gate
So, I flew Denver to Las Vegas last week. I rarely sit down in the boarding area since I know I won't be moving for the next hour or so on board.
When it got near to boarding time, I stood at the front of the line (or where a line *would* form soon). A few folks shuffled in behind me.
When the blank signs lit up minutes later, they said "Group One" (on the right) and "A-List Preferred" (on the left.)
Of course, I guessed wrong. I am ALP, and I was at the front of the Group 1 sign. So I switched lines and ended up at the very end of ALP. No big deal, but I made a mental note.
Changed planes in Vegas. When I got to the boarding area to line , I cleverly chose the "right" line for ALP.
But! When the blank signs lit up, the right and left switched from how it was in Denver. Again, I had to go to the end of line.
A week later, flying Sacramento to Denver, the right/left ALP and Group1 orientation switched AGAIN.
They are just messing with me now. At least I'm getting those steps in.
