Any help with authenticating this Poljot 3017?
The Poljot 3017 has been my grail for a few years now, but I want one as original as possible (very difficult to find these days). Every time ive been close to buying one, ive found proof of some dodgy servicing. This one has now come up, and I can't find anything glaringly obviously wrong with it, but I dont suppose anyone else can find anything clearly non-original about it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

stokecityfc.comSubstituting Black Pudding For Morcilla
Hello everybody,
Being from the UK, black pudding is far more available and far cheaper than morcilla (another blood sausage from Spain). There have been a few times where a recipe has called for morcilla and I've just omitted it, most recently in a fabada recipe, but I was wondering if anybody has any experience using black pudding as a substitute.
They have the same base, but are spiced differently and use different fillers, so I wonder how they would compare, or if it is simple better to use more chorizo sometimes. My worry is that the black pudding would be too crumbly in comparison and wouldnt hold up as well as morcilla.
If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know!
If not, I'll give it a go this week and update the post for any others who have the same question as me in future.

What is your favourite Armenian wine?
Hello!
I'll be visiting Armenia for the first time next month, and having fun at Yerevan Wine Days. I'd be interested to hear some of your opinions on your favourite Armenian styles, grapes, and producers!
Also, if you have any other food and drink recommendations that I might not have heard of, then I'd love to hear them too.
Thank you very much!
