Did intravenous supplement make you feel as bad as taking vit d supplements?

My levels are at just an 8.4 now.. Back in January they were at 13 and I supposed have just been gradually dropping. They’ve been low (under 20) for over a year, I had been taking them but I’m really bad at remembering my Medication and also like some of these others here I seem to sometimes have a weird reaction to the supplement. I was originally instructed to take 1-2000iu a day and just keep rechecking every couple months. I was taking them regularly for about a month but then they just started making me feel terrible. I thought maybe it was other medications so I kinda tried to stop those and see but I’ve now had like 10+ times where just taking the D3 alone has made me feel crap. Heart racing, sick, dizzy..

Has anybody who also experiences this tried getting IV vitamin d and not gotten the same feelings?

I have to be careful with what I get I can’t just get one of those full vitamin and supplement bags because my potassium has been really finicky and causing a lot of issues and we’re unsure why. And I really have to watch my calcium intake due to kidney stones which I know vit d can also increase. I’ve heard taking k2 with this can help but my doctor is unaware of k2.

Has anybody else had really bad TMJ and gotten dentures and seen a releif in the pain?

So I only have about 5 front teeth on bottom and 7 on top, I’ve likely had TMJ for awhile and a lot of clenching and grinding thats gotten worse the more teeth I’ve lost, but over the last year and specifically even more-so the last 4 months the pain has changed in location in my jaw and masseter muscles and just has become excruciating to the point it’s unbearable

I’m in the process of getting the molds for the bottoms done with my dentist and then removal of the bottom teeth. Then in October I’ll be having the same done for the top.

But I’ve also got a referral waiting also for an oral surgeon to look into the TMJ because my dentist doesn’t seem to really deal with any of that at all and I’m just wondering if I should wait for the extractions until I’ve seen the surgeon and can figure this out?

So this may be insane, because I’ve not been on these medications a long time at all, but I’m feeling so strange I’m concerned.. sorry a bit long.

At the beginning of the month I was started on 50mg tramadol for a string of bad migraines, I then saw my neurologist and received some trigger point injections which seemed to calm them a bit. The next day I seemed to have a nerve from the trigger injections in the sides of my face that set off another nerve connected to some bad teeth. The pain was unbearable and I needed them pulled anyway so I went and had a couple extractions, they gave me 5mg hydrocodone for about 5 days, which I took as written on the script, when those were finished the day after I woke up with horrible neck and face pain again that I felt was probably triggered by the migraines so I took two of the tramadol to avoid going to the ER (I was locked up tight it) I immediately started feeling terrible, nausea, dizziness, itchiness, and really tired so I laid down for a bit. It didn’t seem to even make the pain go away fully I was still having a lot of pain and tightness… decided to not take a damn thing yesterday except a bunch of Tylenol and ibuprofen, and now upon waking up today I’ve been feeling so strangely.. horrible diarrhea, waves of nausea, feel freezing cold but sweating terribly, and my skin with the exception of my fingers and toes (which are ice cold) is actually warm and hot to the touch. And I feel tingling/numbness all down my arms and legs and in the lower portion of my face along with really bad restlessness. The only time I’ve felt this restless before was when I was experiencing akasthesia

I don’t feel like 2 1/2 weeks of these meds would be making someone withdraw but I really don’t know as I’ve never had tramadol before but have had experience with other pain medication

I planned on calling my doctors office today but was only able to get a message through and no call back so I figured I’d come here and get someone else’s opinion. Has anybody had experience with anything like this before?
