Just a couple things that I've been looking at lately...

Under acceleration, I'm sometimes hearing a bit of a buzz coming from what seems to be the passenger footwell area. Would that be a fuel pump relay getting ready to go out on me?

On the back of my center console, the ashtray insert is missing. I don't need an ashtray, so was thinking I'd put a plate with some USB plugs there instead. I can see some wires inside. Am I able to connect into these somehow to get power? Have others done something similar and have any advice?
