Is there some secret?

In September, one year will have passed since my last rejection for the flight attendant position from United Airlines. I am very unhappy with my current position as a flight attendant at my current airline and United has been my dream for a very long time, I can really see myself being very happy at United. I have applied three times in the past, never made it to the face-to-face. I need it to work this time. I want to find my forever airline and start building seniority. If United rejects me when I apply in September, I will not be applying again because I cannot waste another year not gaining seniority. I’ll take American or Delta which will be just fine, but not what I truly want. What’s different this time is I do have a new accomplishment from my current airline that I can add to my résumé which will be very impressive and I did not have this before. I’m really hoping I get a CJO because I need it to work this time. Is there a secret to getting hired at United? Is there anything I should know? Is there anything I should strictly avoid doing/wearing during the interview process? Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
