The buyback I have been waiting for finally happened. Traded in the 3.6 v6 poverty pony in for a new hurricane with a few more things that could break in the future. Everything about this purchase was better compared to my previous experience, good service from the dealer support staff (sales manager/finance)…never seem to get a great salesperson but I don’t need them to do much, and they respected my time. A couple hours start to finish.
For those of you trying to get issues resolved, stay the course, be patient, and know when to call in some help.
