I've been trying to figure out how to make my Discord bot actually grow

I've been working on a Discord game for quite a while now. It's basically a car collecting / RPG game where you can collect cars, race, trade, do jobs, complete achievements, and progress over time.

The game itself has gotten pretty big at this point. There are way more systems than I originally planned to make, and I keep adding things whenever I think of something that could make it more fun.

But honestly, the part I'm struggling with now isn't development.

It's getting people to actually play it.

I've spent a lot of time building and balancing everything, but getting new people to discover it has been surprisingly difficult. I know having a lot of features doesn't necessarily mean people will care about the game, so I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong on the promotion side.

For people who have built Discord bots, games, or other small projects:

How did you actually get your first active users?

Not just people who played once and disappeared, but people who kept coming back.

I'd genuinely appreciate any advice, even if it's criticism. I'm trying to figure out what I should focus on next.

Need advice: My Discord bot had a great launch, but growth has slowed down.

Hi everyone!

I've been building a Discord collector RPG bot for a while now. It's already verified and has reached hundreds of servers, but I feel like there's still a lot I can improve.

Some of the features currently available:

• Car collection with different rarities.

• Race system (PvP & PvE)

• Interactive jobs with different gameplay.

• Gambling mini-games.

• Rotating Dealer with Hot Deals & Flash Sales.

• Daily shop discounts.

• Achievements, quests, titles, and badges.

The bot had a good start, but lately I've been struggling to reach new users outside of the existing community.

I'm still actively updating it, but I'd really like to hear from people who've built or played Discord bots.

A couple of questions:

• Does this sound like something you'd actually use?

• What feature stands out the most?

• Anything you think is missing?

• For those who have built Discord bots, how did you keep growing after launch?

• Any tips for getting new users?

I'm open to any feedback, criticism, or marketing advice. I'd really appreciate hearing your experience.

Thanks!
