75 hours in on hard detox (8/12 FF)

Checking in with y'all. I can finally feel this stuff starting to leave my body. I'm starting to get spurts of natural feel good here and there already... Man I'll tell you... I effin love you guys. I don't honestly even remember how I found this and I was already in WD and I'm so happy I did. I have ran into some truly amazing people on here. If you are sitting back reading this and you are trying to muster up the courage to take the leap. The days are long yes... But come on over here and love yourself. Because we all love you too. Nobody should ever have had to experience some stuff like this. From the gas station. Drank these things for years and the last 6 months was 8 to 12. I lost 76 lb. Ruined the relationship with the mother of my daughters. Actually causing her to step out behind my back for some time with my best friend. Moved out and only focus on my kids. I will no longer focus on these. Lost a job. Got another job while on them still and now I'm making a career change that I just cannot mess up and I want to provide heavily for my 3 daughters as I always have. These people know what they are selling us. There is absolutely no doubt about this. They market it as a wellness drink when in hindsight they know exactly what the effects were like from having trials. These were the "official" wellness drink for the Texas longhorns for a minute until people in their facilities were hoarding them. Crazy. In 2 years I literally spent probably 40% of my bank account. Just the 75 hours..... That's almost 315 dollars here...... Sometimes less and sometimes more... I made it through the depths of prison... Years of street drug usage (10 yrs clean)... But I can tell you that nothing out there in this world has grabbed a hold of me like the little blue bottle. I'm just checking in with you all. Much love from Michigan

62 hours in on hard detox (8to12 a day)....Checking in.

I did what everybody suggested and I got the Mary Ruth's vitamin C and have been mega-dosing that along with magnesium glycinate twice a day. Two separate times between those taking anti-inflammatories, chewing antacids, every 5 minutes sipping something... Forcing in small soak up meals, Gatorade, ice water, hot chai tea, chicken broth etc etc. every single one of them was extremely beneficial. Because honestly I shouldn't feel as good as I do at the moment but it all resides on your overall hydration and physical health on how our bodies handle this. And do not overdo it on the vitamin C or magnesium. 1,000 mg capsule of vitamin C in the morning and two magnesium glycinate. Same at night but only with the magnesium and take your ibuprofen and acetaminophen and what not throughout the day as needed. That is how I did it and how I'm still doing it though at my weight. So make sure you do your own research on what size capsules you may have gotten and your weight. STAY HYDRATED. Stay strong. I love you all very much. We could have never imagined a god forsaken drink from the gas station could do this to us. I found out well too late what I was doing to myself. In the last 62 hours I have saved almost $1,000 because I would stock up. If you're on here reading these... Take that leap. You will thank yourself and your loved ones will too.
