RANT: I can't get impressions and I don't know how to keep moving forward
Look, I don't want to sound like a complainer but I used to be guaranteed 1-5k impressions on almost every video I uploaded last year. Now I barely get 100 within the first 2 days.
I love editing videos a lot, I really do. I don't want to give up on youtube because I love when people watch my content and then say "this video made my day" but I don't know how to keep pushing forward when youtube doesn't even give my content a chance anymore.
Maybe I blew my chance a year ago. Youtube gave me so many impressions but my ctr and retention was bad so maybe youtube gave up on me.
I am desperate for some sort of advice, if I am being honest youtube gurus have pissed me off because I have used all of their advice and none of it has worked for me. This is a shot in the dark at best, but if any of you seasoned youtubers have a single genuine piece of advice for me, I would appreciate it.
