Hello! I’ll be visiting Virginia Beach for the first time next month during the Neptune Festival and was wondering if someone could tell me what part of the town would be the best part to find a hotel in to get the most out of the festival. I’ll be traveling with toddlers, so I don’t want to have to do a lot of walking to get to the events. A specific hotel recommendation would be even better or at least what streets to stay around.
