I feel like my clincal educator was very biased during my placement

Anyone else ever feel like their clinical educator just... gave up on them?

I don't know if it was just me overthinking, but it honestly felt like my educator had so much more patience, compassion, and time for the other student than she did for me. It was not hard to notice lol

The ironic part? The feedback I got from the actual ward staff—who worked with me every day—was really positive. They're the ones who actually saw how I worked, how I interacted with patients, and how much effort I put in.

I'm not saying everyone has to get treated exactly the same, but as a student you can definitely tell when someone is more invested in everyone else's learning than yours. It really affects your confidence and your placement experience as SHE is the one who pass/fails you ..

Next time just say you only care about the blonde white chicks lol ...
