what’s the general rule with credit limit increases? looking to increase my current limit of 4.4k to over 10k. i’ve heard about the 90 day 3x rule but how accurate is it?

I’ve bought an annual pass for my upcoming visit in september and trying to work out the cost for AP epic universe tickets but i can’t view the AP specific prices as i haven’t activated my pass yet. Could someone share a screenshot of the september annual pass ticket prices please? Thank you!
