She said I’d always be her son no matter who I loved, but she told me to wait a bit because it was just a "phase." I keep telling her otherwise, though. I’m actually going to introduce her to my "sort-of boyfriend" soon—we exchange little gestures and go on dates, but we aren't making it official or putting the pressure of a relationship on things (plus, he’s polyamorous, and I don’t mind that at all :3).
