Print quality issue

I’ve started to see these print quality issues on my kobra S1. I service the printer regularly and this problem has just started to happen. Any ideas on what the cause could be and how to remedy this problem. Any help would be most appreciated.

Poor support from Anycubic

I have some faults with my S1 it randomly gives me errors when printing. When dealing with support it was agreed that the main board and the print head cable needs to be replaced under warranty. The support emails was some time ago and I’m still waiting for the parts from them. I chased it with them and the parts still haven’t been shipped.
