I consider Takedowns the best content Borderlands has ever had. They feel just like a true Destiny dungeon or strike, and they’re perfect for testing builds. So I’m really hoping that we’ll receive at least one more Takedown before they end support for the game. Is that realistic?

I play a Green Tree Harlowe, which is pretty much the best gun build in the game, and I really struggle to farm raid bosses and high tier Takedown bosses efficiently because I don’t have a god roll Shalashaska or Swan Song. Mobbing is obviously no problem.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get a decent Swan Song or Shalashaska, but I just have no luck. This game really needs some weapon balancing because 90% of the weapons are completely unusable for any content. I just don’t understand why they keep adding useless legendaries to the game.

We all know BL3 was pretty much dogwater when it launched. But after all the criticism, Gearbox took it seriously and spent years turning the game around. They were constantly posting on social media, interacting with the community, listening to feedback, and advertising the game.

BL4 has been out for about 10-11 months now, and barely any of the developers still post about it on their social medias. They don't interact with the community at all, they ignore feedback and criticism, and they barely advertise the game anymore. Outside of a quick trailer before a new release or a tweet announcing an update, it's basically gone silent.

One thing I noticed is that in the last Vault Card, where we got new heads for the Vault Hunters, everyone got one except C4sh. That makes me think that all the content we're getting was finished long before launch and that the game has essentially been completed internally for quite a while. I'm worried we'll only get the second major DLC, the last Bounty Pack, and one final patch before support ends. If we're lucky, maybe we'll get a second Takedown as well.

I think it's a real shame that this game seems to be getting the Wonderlands treatment. It had so much potential, especially with the open world. They could have done so much more with it and filled it with meaningful activities.

I don't care what the hardcore fanboys say, but realistically, this should have been included in the Season Pass as a way to make up for the lack of content and win players back. After that, I don't mind if they charge for future content again.

I paid $120 for the ultimate edition, the deluxe edition also costs $100, and the post launch content we've gotten has been a literal joke.

If you guys are fine with spending another $40 and ending up at like $140-160, that's your choice. But I'm skipping the DLC out of principle.

I'm also wondering why there's so little backlash. Are you guys really happy with the content we got in the Season Pass?

Hungarian nationalism is weird af if you think about it and look at their history. First of all, Hungarians are named after a nomadic tribe called the Magyars that came from Asia to Europe, butchered the locals, basically stole their land, and established Hungary. Then they fought with the Austrians, and eventually the Austrians made them an offer: be loyal to them and provide manpower for the Austrian and German Emperors and their expansion wars, and in exchange they would allow Hungary to continue to exist. Then it all fell apart in WW1, and today Hungarian nationalists cry about a glorious imperial past that wasn't so glorious. They also kept that nomadic identity from the Magyars by still calling themselves that today, even though the majority of Hungarians aren't Magyars anymore but rather locals who were assimilated into the Magyar identity. They basically claim the glory of Austria (if we want to call it glory) for themselves.

Am crescut în Germania. M-am mutat acolo la vârsta de 3 ani în 1995, iar în 2017 am luat decizia să mă mut în România, pentru că aveam foarte multe speranțe pentru țara asta.

De fapt, nu aveam prea multe legături cu România, în afară de faptul că m-am născut aici și că acasă, în Germania, vorbeam românește. Cu toate acestea, m-am simțit întotdeauna român și, pentru România, am renunțat la identitatea mea germană și m-am mutat aici.

Din 2022 am început să urmăresc foarte atent politica, iar de atunci speranța mea s-a diminuat din ce în ce mai mult. În momentul de față am ajuns într-un punct în care regret decizia pe care am luat-o atunci. Familia mea și-a vândut casa din Germania, am renunțat la tot ca să venim aici, iar acum mă simt furios, dezamăgit, disperat și nu mai știu ce să fac.

Când mă uit la elita politică din România, văd doar trădători, hoți, cocalari și oameni lipsiți de scrupule care exploatează țara fără nicio limită. Iar când văd procentele obținute de AUR, POT și SOS și cât de mulți spun că pe vremea comunismului era mai bine, pur și simplu mi se face rău.

Să mă întorc acum în Germania ar însemna ca și cum am fi pierdut un deceniu din viață. În plus, nici nu ne-am mai permite să cumpărăm un apartament acolo, pentru că între timp prețurile locuințelor s-au dublat față de cele de atunci. Credeți că lucrurile vor merge într-o direcție mai bună în viitor? Pur și simplu mă simt blocat...
