Bluelink Subscription Transfer

Has anyone had luck within the last few months getting a Bluelink subscription transferred after purchasing a used vehicle?

I got mine a couple weeks ago and have gone from no response to a mailbox full response. I know Hyundai has been in the news for crap service times, but this seems extra bad.

Genesis Coupe, to Ioniq6!

Very excited to be on the EV train. Wanted one when it came out, and now i have a ‘23 in Digital Green.

Jumped in the deep end too. Picked it up 2 hours away from me, got home to drive 40 min to and back home from a concert, and that next day drove an hour and a half for a golf outing.

$25 and a 15 min DC fast charger + a free 20 min at a level two got me home so screw your range anxiety!
