Form check please 🎯

Hey guys, I took some videos of my shootings !

I noticed my head is not straight AT ALL, I had to crawl a bit more than usual so I suppose it's not everytime.. any advices or exercises to fix this ?

If you see other things not right, tell me. I started in spring so I'm basically a beginner.

There is a sling on my bow hand even if you don't see it very well.

Thanks in advance! ☀️

(You can post only one video on reddit ? :( )

Morning shots

Hola ppl !

I managed to shoot some arrows this morning but my anchor point is still a work in progress

I find touching the point of my cheekbone with the top of the index phalange relatively stable but I still creep a little

I try to touch a tooth with a finger but I'm not sure to be at the same place everytime

It's probably an often asked question but do you have any tips or advices regarding this ? Or books or article references I like them all !

Have a sunny day

Nock set fly off

Hey guys I assembled a bow :

Kinetic heat 25'' grip

Limbs are shock triumph 70/26

And I got a good arrow rest and plunger button

(This is a barebow set up)

But the rope I got was a bit messy, old, shorter than it should be, two strands were missing in the lower part and the nock sets were the metals ones that clip one the rope ( I found it on an old bow from the 90's)

I started shooting at 10m and everything was pretty good, except that I had to get my hand very low on the rope to get the middle and the bow a little noiser that I'm used to, I had no issue at all

Then one of the nock set flew off in a shot and went verrrry close to my left eye (2 cm approx.)

So I clipped the upper one that was still there harder and wore safety glasses (this is in a private yard where I can't hurt anyone if anything happens.

It stayed on for about 15 shots and then flew off too.. far from me this time

My new rope is coming soon but I wonder how I can mitigate the risk of nock set flying around ..

I'll try rope nock set I've seen some tutorials but this was a bit scary

Added some pics of the shots because I was happy when the bow did not try to blind me

Sorry for the long text, not in my mother tongue but if anyone has advices, I'll take it !

(Yes I go to a local archery club but they are closed for the whole summer so I thought I'd make myself a small shooting area and a basic bow)

Edit 1 *flew off sorry about that
