I was so surprised my ghost became pregnant while I was playing a different household. She was the victim of a mass event where my household of eight all died of overheat. One passed while at an event, temperature was warm not hot, hot weather clothing.

When the rest of my family returned home, the mass event continued. AC on, hot weather clothing, put indoors. Nothing could stop the event. No cheat, nothing. It was a blud bath.

I tried cas.fulleditmode to change the ghosts back, but the changes didn't stick. I was able to fix a couple with a Wishing well. But poor Dali stayed a ghost.

I'm on PS5, and I can't get all the cheats to work. Also, ambrosia didn't work. I put her in an unplayed household to care for a mansion. Obviously, no mods in my case.

Neighborhood stories go through frustratingly slow time frames. None of my 100+ unplayed Sims get a job, get pregnant, retire, or anything for days on end. Sometimes weeks. My setting for neighborhood stories is correct.

Then it goes through a phase of working. I knew Dali had been in love and had a partner, but they didn't live together. Very happy to see unplayed pregnancies are working again, and I'm tickled it worked with a ghost ❤️.
