How much is possible?
Hi everyone,
I started jumping 4 weeks ago after I found my old rope. I jumped a minute and got addicted. Then I started jumping 3 minutes (intervall one minute and 30 seconds pause). Then 5 minutes a day later and after ten days I was at 30 minutes pure jumping. I started to make it as my daily fitness routine.
But then my body realized, I started to heavy. After jumping ten days and increased the minutes I had hard pain in my knees so I stopped jumping. This was 2 weeks ago and I still feel it.
When I start again with a lot of breaks, it is possible to do it as a routine 30 minutes a day or is this not possible because it should only be done 2-3 times a week?
To me, I am 34 and a fit person.
