Form check and advice to improve my “shuffle” jump ? + this sub give me so much motivation, thank you all 🙏🏻
Any recommendations for a quality rope.
I broke two of my ropes within half a year. Any recommendations of a solid rope you have used for years. It progressively gets cut/eaten from my double unders it seems.
Thanks a lot.
About 1.5 months of practice, starting almost from zero
I’m really enjoying the process and trying to improve every day 🚀
Anyone else lose weight from jumping rope? I’m losing already after two wks jumping every other day!
reddit.comYou don't have to be the best, just be the one that is having the most fun :)
Morning sesz
Ground crosses
I almost forgot how much I like the caboose! Also video features my son, Bud.

reddit.comCan I continue jumping rope on concrete barefoot?
I started getting in to jumping rope, and I've been doing so on a concrete floor for 3 weeks. After those 3 weeks my left leg got shin splints which took a month to heal. During that month break I've been jumping with my right leg only.
Can I continue jumping rope on a concrete floor barefooted with my left leg or should I do so on grass?
Keep jumping bunnies
Not sure why this cracked me up. Thought I'd share
I have been jumping for some time now.
Any comments on the form? I think I am a bit too stiff on the upper body?
Old school Florida fun with nine year old. Gotta work on the rope swing dismount though!
Before I Started I Was Super Excited. Even After My First Two Weeks Or So I Was Excited. Months Later And I Dread Jumproping. I Haven't In Over A Week Now? Anybody Else Go Through This?
After the first month or so I got less and less excited. Now I have to force myself to do it. Sometimes Ill feel good after a session but then next session doesn't go all that good and I feel empty again. I will admit part of that comes from tripping on the rope that shit is discouraging and makes me angry, though I can tell Im getting better with my form and all. I can get 40-50 with less mistakes.
Any recommendations on the best LED Jump Ropes, saw this one from Elite Jumps…
Thoughts on Jumping rope every other day plus Running?
I've been jumping rope for quite sometime now if I'm not mistaken 3 years plus I think I'm pretty almost decent LOL greatest achievement is I can do rounds of 3 min and 1min rest for 3-5 rounds now, last two months ago I started Running, 3k 4k then almost 5k 4-6 times a week. Goal is to have a great overall body not fat no muscular decent looking bod since I'm a small Asian man around 5'6 at 65kg at most or 66kg.
Questions and thoughts is: will I attain my goal/ loose more weight ( I know I know cal def and diet is the major factor for this one, but how about naturally and sticking to these routine)
PS: I do kettlebell once in a while but not my main focus.
Thank you everyone!!
Been jumping for a month. How does it look, is there anything to improve?if not , what should my next skill be?
First time jumper
I just got my first rope and I want to get into this!
I’ve seen some moves here and wondering what I should start out with.
Is there a recommended set of moves to learn first?
What should I focus on in the beginning? Jumping correctly I assume but other than that?
Is skipping on grass a bad idea? Is it better to skip on something more solid? Is tarmac too hard?
Thank you in advance! I’ll make sure to post my progress once I get to some level of proficiency!
Sturdy skipping rope
Recommend a very strong rope for me please. The last one i got from Adidas broke in weeks🙏🏾
