Today my workout was 24 three minute rounds with 45 second rests between rounds. This was a total of 87 full minutes jumping. Continuing to push forward with a goal of 34 rounds sometime this month and 68 rounds by November.
Currently developing a TTRPG that will ultimately be meant for party play however I want to structure in a way that people could follow the campaign solo. My only thoughts are that it takes away some of GM’s role in keeping suspense. Has anyone ever run a traditional campaign themselves?
Got a few questions about my platform on a previous post so I thought I would just post the build instead of answering multiple people. This platform has truly transformed my workouts. I jump for extended periods with the plans to complete a high endurance event in a few months.
The platform is framed with 2x4s with extra 2x4s serving as supports. The next layer is 3/4” plywood which is nailed directly to the base. The next layer is 1” high density foam that floats on top. The final/top layer is a 4’x6’ 3/4” rubber mat (gym flooring). The overall build providers support and cushioning while still remaining firm with solid surface for the rope. I placed another layer of 3/4” rubber at the bottom to help with noise suppression. Open to any questions.
I primarily use the rope to build endurance, gearing up for long sessions but it’s important to have fun.
