I come from a chair thats cheap but had tilt lock and the bottom of the chair would tilt with the back and stay at a 90 degree angle, going to the libernovo meant giving that up, but i feel like i really need that, ive had the omni now for about a week and i have back pain now even after trying all possible tilt settings and heights

Am i doing something wrong? Is there a break in period longer than a week?

Im 5’11” and 210 pounds if that matters
