If a therapist invites you to a class they attend outside therapy, is it okay to go?
IDK why my other post was deleted. This feels kinda important for a client to know? I'm clearly not a therapist myself, or I wouldn't be asking this. It was an art class, something they do for themselves and not therapy related.
