Hey Guys so i need some advice in my situation, back in 2021 my mother and adopted sister sold our late fathers house in the province, without my knowledge. My sister isnt legally adopted. Her birth certificate does not contain my fathers name. the property sold for around 10 million pesos which they divided among themselves. During this time i wasnt at home, lived in with my BF back then (im gay) im guessing my mother doesnt really approve of this hence not informing me of Sale that happened. What should i do? my sister permanently lives abroad and has since blocked me in all my socials. if i file a case will that risk sending my mom to prison? cause obviously i dont want that shes old already. half of my sisters 5million is still here in her bank account. Could i claim that?
