I’ve seen some fake listings of the apartments from there, is the whole place a scam?
Honestly the apartments seem kinda too good to be true… is the area bad? 😅

I’m moving out soon, and although I’ve been paying a few bills with my family (power, gas, water, trash, and HOA) it’s been for a family of four.
Could a family of two around Northern Illinois tell me on average how much they pay (aside from rent.)

I’m trying to plan out for the Spring 2027 semester (long time, I know lol) and I have no idea where to find a pet friendly apartment close to campus. (Utilities included would be amazing but beggars can’t be choosers) Does anyone have any recommendations?
For reference he’s a small 6 pound dog.
