What’s been your experience so far?
Thought it’d be cool to make a thread where people can just share anecdotal experiences, lessons learned, habits they’ve built, titration schedules, side effects, surprises, mistakes, what worked, what didn’t, etc.
Could be anything:
- how fast/slow you titrated
- appetite changes
- gym/performance effects
- foods you can/can’t tolerate now
- fatigue, sleep, mood
- things you wish you knew earlier
- weird unexpected benefits or downsides
- routines/habits that made things easier
Not really looking for “medical advice” — more just real experiences from people actually going through it so others can learn and compare notes.
