a bit of a backstory, i managed to get my hands on maimai again recently! first time i played was around 2023/2024, but i was able to play again after 2 years.

based on my recent attempts here (first 8 pics was during may 23, i'm the one on the left — the last 3 were from a few hours ago), should i move on to easy experts already, or should i consistently try fcing advanced first?

also, what's a good note speed for me to build on? i found that the reco speed for expert (4.50?) was a bit unexpected for me, but i was able to adjust accordingly (see recent realize fc-1). the reco speed for advanced though (3.00) i find a bit slower for me, but i got a (my first!) full combo with that (kyoufuu all back!!)

not sure if this helps but i have a good amount of experience in project sekai 🙂‍↕️ (my speed is 11.4 there, and my highest fc/clear is their expert and master 28)
