Does anyone have a recommendation where I can find good steaks?

Does anyone have recommendations for a salon that specializes in bleaching and hair coloring for men? I’m looking for someone who is very experienced because my dad experienced hair loss at a young age, and I want to make sure I go to someone who knows how to bleach and dye hair as safely as possible.
Also, do most salons that offer bleaching and coloring accept walk-ins, or is it usually by appointment only? Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been using Astound, but my upload speeds have been terrible lately sometimes around 0.5 Mbps. It’s making it difficult to do important work on my PC.I’m thinking about switching providers. Does anyone in the Warwick Trail area of Newburgh have recommendations for fiber internet or a provider with reliable upload speeds?
