Hey, I (23M) may have a crush?

So there's this new employee working at the tims on 43rd by the casino and i think shes pretty,even if she wasn't when i come in i always see her with a smile on her face sometimes at 5:00 am ! she has this genuinely amazing energy and positivity? That leaves me happy for a while afterwards.

Any advice on if i should go for it? And how?
