EliseAI (480k TC) vs Google L4 (390k TC)

3 YOE for SWE

Both offers are in person for NYC

EliseAI offer is 270k base and 210k equity (840k over 4 years)

Google is 390k first year including base, equity, and bonus.

Which one makes more sense to take? The main concern is that Elise is not public and all the equity is paper money at the moment.

I’m 2.5 years post grad in big tech and currently only invested in tech stocks/ETFs. Got around another 100k in robinhood/hysa. I’ve decided that I want my retirement number to be around 20M. For people in similar positions, how quickly did it take you to get to 1/5/10M?

Edit: income - 300k. Trying to invest 100k a year rn. Salary is expected to go to 500k within 3 years. At 500k I would want to invest 150-200k a year.
