Chili's is becoming the next Applebee's.

Convince me that I am wrong, please! I have been with Chili's 6 years and what I have witnessed in the past 2-3 years has been downgrade of everything Chili's. The food is cheap, the over turn of staff has increased, we can't keep 4 managers to save our lives, servers and bar sections, have been cut to very small sections, and the customer demographic target has become Mc Donalds customers. The small sections are bs, because we implemented the runners to take on more tables. Wtf is the problem Chili's? We have families, and children that you're taking food right out of their mouth to line your corporate pockets. Every change made benefits corporate, but never once benefited your employees. I hate to start over, but corporate changes are making it difficult for staff to stay. It sucks because I love the people I work with.
