When y’all meal prep, how much time does it take you (on average) to prep for the week?

I feel like it takes me at least 3 hours for breakfasts and dinners, some lunch items. I hate giving up so much of a Sunday- even though it does help the weeknight rush. But maybe I’m doing it wrong? Are y’all quicker? I’m prepping for a family, not just myself.

Advice for a dog that’s territorial?

I think it has to do with anxiety more than being an alpha, but she loses her mind with barking and fear when people come to the house or into the yard. It’s so stressful! Outside of our home she is very sweet with strangers. Would love advice! Anyone successfully deal with this?

I'm doing an evidence based practice project as a nurse practitioner, what tools have you used to stay organized and make the tedium of the literature review process more efficient?

Also. I feel like I’m pulling lots of papers but synthesizing the evidence is proving to be a bear. I have a challenging topic with little (strong) evidence and I’m not sure how it’s all going to come together. Are there strategies that have worked for you to keep your notes on each paper/what you’re planning to cite organized too?
