Guys, give me encouragement to finish Season 8 here

I'm trying to finish rewatching the older episodes before I start the new season

I saw about 10 minutes of the first episode and it was AMAZING! I'm so glad they kept the same "feel" of Scrubs, and it's really amazing that the actors were able to keep the same acting for the characters

But the 8th season......ugh. It's just full of drama and it "feels" way different than the other seasons.

I love to watch Scrubs. I don't know why I didn't remember that season 8 was like this, but I really can't stand watching it.

Anyone else's thoughts?

"You seem pretty young, how old are you? How long have you been a nurse?"

I put the flair as "gratitude", because as a 33 year old male, that was pretty funny to hear from the older wife of my patient whenever I first walked into the room lol.

She didn't say it in a rude or insulting manner, and when I said I've been a nurse for about 9 years she was happy to hear that

LPT: Sometimes it's best not to "set a goal" for working out, but instead, just focus on consistency

I've found that if I thought ahead about what I was planning on doing--and even if I was super motivated at the time when I was planning on doing it--I might've ended up not being motivated to do my workout at the time.

Instead, the most important and crucial thing is: just stay consistent

"I'm his mother. I'll do anything to protect him."

I'm not sure if they already wrote into the story that Dr. Robby's mom abandoned him in the first season, but I couldn't imagine how he felt or what he was thinking when David's mom said that to him.

"Do you have research experience?"

"I was part of a study on racial disparities in health care, until the White House cut the funding last year."

Hey, some people find it "cringy" that The Pitt is making blatantly obvious points, but, I'm glad they're being clear on political stances/social justice advocacy/etc. (again, even if it's pretty unrealistically-blatant at times)

***Edit: the "unrealistically-blatant" instances that sometimes happen was NOT Mohan saying that her funding got cut! I'm sorry, didn't mean to connect the two.

Edit edit: Holy cow guys..... people are acting like I'm all of a sudden a republican or something. Guys, take two seconds to look at my profile, I've been advocating for social justice ever since I've been on Reddit, and I'm a strong Democrat who has always voted and am on board for making positive, progressive changes. And yeah I've been a beside nurse for years which (should, unfortunately not always), mean that I'm in favor for the liberal agendas and against the money-focused-cost-cutting conservative agendas.
