I do not understand how to figure out the questions below

I know how to make a whisker plot but I have no idea how to get the answers to these questions. Q1 and Q3 make up 100% of the class, right? For the first question on the first page I added, 1-2 makes up 25%? so then 2-4 is 75%? so if like 6 students have more than 4 siblings, then Q1-Q3 isn't 100%????? I apologize if I have not properly explained my struggle, I am just very confused on what I need to do to get the solution and how exactly the worded problems relate to the plots.

I feel very stupid for posting such simple math here but I need someone to explain to me what I'm looking at and how to solve it for me to learn best. Plz don't make fun of me, math is not my strong suit and confuses me very easily (ESPECIALLY WORD PROBLEMS) T_T
