im trying to get a windows 7 looking taskbar on linux and a anime start menu (preferably where the character is able to pop out on the side like in the photos). i dont know if its possible ill make it all by hand if i have to. i know very little about linux, but any desktop environment is fine, it doesnt have to be beginner friendly.
another question, how do i make my own rainmeter fake ghosts? i saw another tutorial on here but i didnt understand it im a little slow
Built a 3D cozy room widget that pins to my desktop. Lo-fi music, transparent window, memo/todo/pomodoro built in.
