Hi, my dog (female, 4 years old, chihuahua mix, weights about 3/4kg) has this really red eye since two days ago (it’s much more red than in the pic), no changes in food, environment and she doesn’t take any meds. I can see it’s hurting or at least bothering her because she has it half closed all the time, and when there’s bright light she closes it completely. I’m really worried because she had the exact same thing in the same eye a couple years ago. I clean it 3 times a day with saline solution and a gauze pad, and it’s getting worst day by day. Anyone had a dog with this? What was the diagnosis? ( I’m going to the vet with her tomorrow, i just can’t stop thinking about it 😞 )
