Same reason, payment amount did not match the required amount.
We have sent separate g1650 (x3) for each individual form with correct amounts of I485 = $1440, I765 = $260, I131 = $630.
Lawyer also sent the notice of receipt for I130 with payment received shown on the same form. I130 was filed online last Feb 2026 and case priority date is already current based on visa bulletin, hence, applying these 3 forms.
We also got 4 rejection notice, one being a rejection notice for I130, which is petition for alien relative, which was already approved previously and receipt notice was already received.

Lawyer is saying this is USCIS mistake, And I am waiting for next steps. Does anybody have the same experience?

Hello, we had I130 filed online and paid online as well. Priority date became current for my spouse so we submitted application for i485/i765/i131 thru our lawyer. It was received at Chicago field office. Our lawyer told us it was rejected and the packet was sent back to her, the reason is that there was no fee for i130. But we already filed i130 and paid. I am not understanding the reason why the officer did not check our file. Also, the packet including the medical was opened, so now we have to request the clinic and doctor to re-do the packet so we could resubmit. Does this happened to anyone as well? Thanks.
