Advice for Trip with Teen Girl

I am taking my niece to London next spring (April) and below is my current tentative itinerary. I feel like it’s missing something extra special to mark the trip. We were going to also do Paris and I was going to take her to stay at Versailles so I wanted to find something really cool for London.

I’m a big Tudor history fan and my niece is fairly girly, likes pop music, has never left the country before, big Lego fan (not sure if the London Lego store is worth visiting?), not an adventurous eater, and isn’t super into history but I think will still be interested in seeing landmarks since this will be her first big trip.

Any ideas for things to do with a 16 year old girl?
Anything below that we should get rid of to swap with something else?
Are private guides for the tours of places like Hampton Court/Tower of London worthwhile?

Day 1 - Land in AM, drop bags at hotel (by Hampton court), Hampton court & gardens, early dinner/boat tour
Day 2 - Breakfast, Head to London, drop bags at hotel (covent garden), lunch by hotel, Harry Potter driving tour, murder express dinner
Day 3 - Westminster walking tour, lunch or afternoon tea at Sketch, vintage shopping(?), Six musical, late dinner
Day 4 - Tower of London, lunch, get ready, early dinner at O2, Olivia Rodrigo concert
Day 5 - go home
