Can anyone help me, currently my RPM at idle is 3,000-4000k I don’t know why. Idk what to miss with first my mix screws or my governed. I bent the tab on my plate and tried adjusting but it didn’t change anything.

I’ve been fighting the VA with trying to get a rating for my shoulder. I was pulled up by my shoulder during an obstacle course in 2010 and never got it looked at (you know how bad they would roast you for going to sick call). Finished my first contract in 2018. I reenlisted in the reserves and during a training received another tear in my other shoulder. I got a rating for the shoulder tear because I knew better to go to the doctor. But now I’m trying to get a rating for the shoulder I got injured in 2010. I was honest and told them “hey I didn’t report it back then because I wanted to pass basic and the climate we were in.” Any suggestions. The denial says they agree I have an injury but says there’s no record it happened during military.
Can’t get a buddy statement because I lost contact with all the folks I went to in basic.
We have a new born and it sucks not being able to carry the car seat from and to the car.
