FAQ Beginner Guide is empty?

Hello there, the fact beginner guide is empty. Has it been cleaned out or is there another place to find a beginning routine?

I really appreciate any answers in advance. Thanks so much. Recovering from an injury and very much looking forward to getting a routine. I can’t use my left leg, but I’ve been cleared to do any in all upper body workouts, push-ups and pull-ups. I live next to a park with pull-up bars and have been doing band training to keep stable during along road to recovery from a recent Achilles injury.

Is it OK to put resin over Polaroids?

I’ve been working on this project for a while, which is old photos of the solar eclipse from years ago. This is the viewing board I used for the whole street. We took some Polaroids on the den and put them on here. Is it OK to pour resin over these at like half an inch or will it ruin the Polaroids?

Left Two Toes Feel Numb

Eight days out of surgery and I’m trying my little PT toe wiggles and I’ve been upright on crutches trying to get around the house and down the driveway and back just once or twice. Also stopped taking oxy and Tylenol yesterday to clean my brain out and haven’t taken any today either so that’s two days clean of meds.

This morning, I started to feel like my left to pinky and ring toe are feeling numb and cold. They don’t seem to be blue or discolored, and I can feel them when I touch them. Also having various shooting pain throughout my body, but I think that’s just my nervous system rebooting and those are really mild.

I’ll probably shoot off a message that doc but has anybody else experienced that after coming off meds? (Obligatory photo attached for my ankle friends 😆)

It’s 4:30 AM on day 4 post-op on my (M45) left Achilles.

I had surgery 6 days after 2 part rupture in the water trough area and diagnosis was revealed via ultrasound.

I’m on Oxy and Tylenol and blood thinner (I can’t take ibuprofen for blood thinning).

I’m planning on staying in bed though the weekend which will be 5 straight days laying down after surgery. So thankful I’m married, I feel for anyone doing this on their own.
