What’s up with nutrition?

I’ve seen so many posts about it. What have they changed? It used to be where you can fail the tests and still pass with doing all the other assignments. And I’m hearing a lot of changes they’re doing along with tuition increases. Just sounds like a horrible experience overall. Sorry for the people currently in the program.

Youth soccer

Hey guys just looking for opinions for the best path (USA California) for my son he’s 5 turns 6 in a few weeks. He’s been playing U7 soccer for two seasons and is able to keep up with the pace score goals and assist. During the season he practices 2 times a week, futsal one day a week then a soccer game once a week. As far as development will this lead to burnout? Are they any tips that you have? The season just ended so we’ll probably do futsal 1-2 times a week until the next season. He really loves the sport and I want to set him up for success. Thank you.

I’m a casual older player 33 years old. full time job kids ect. I play maybe 2-3 days a week about an hour session. Iv notice all game modes are absolutely sweaty!? I’ve won maybe one game out of the last 6. Also How do I play against the high pressing teams that A spam and throw me off the ball? It’s like their life’s on the line. A lot of players are playing the same tactic. It’s not fun whatsoever.
