I’m posting this to let users know not to plug in the EasySmx x20 while playing BF6. I’ve never used the controller as an input device for the game, I only play on Mouse and Keyboard but just having it plugged into your PC results in a permanent ban. I’m not happy about this, I have put 100s of hours into the game and EASY SMX should fully refund my cost of game and Controller.

Horrible business practices.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

My 1 Pros are no longer outputting audio or allowing me to access the wider settings menu. When I first plug them in, they work fine (still no audio however) and once I try to open the full settings menu, all of the buttons stop functioning.

Does anyone know a way I can hard reset these without access that menu on the device/ is there a way I can factory reset the glasses to resolve this issue?
