I want to print some pecha formate texts and I am wondering is it traditionally double sided? And how to print it because I want it for buddhist recitation text so how should I organise them in a text editor so that they print properly?

So I have been playing the cello for some time and I really like but I want to prevent sny injury or health problems so I have a few questions about preventing it as per Ayurveda.

1. How to help prevent and relieve hand and wrist pain.
2. How to prevent and relive pain on the tips of the fingers. Because sometimes the tips of my fingers(especially my left index finger) hurts and also the skin kind of roughens

Edit: I especially worry about the pressure and the pain in the fingertips may cause health problems in the future.
