YSK: Most people dramatically overestimate how much other people notice them

Psychologists call this the “Spotlight Effect.”
When you make an embarrassing mistake, wear an unusual outfit, or say something awkward, it feels like everyone notices.
In reality, most people are too busy thinking about themselves to pay much attention.

WHY YSK: This can help reduce social anxiety and make it easier to try new things without worrying so much about being judged.

What to watch next?

I just finished The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity, and I have a few other shows I’ve been wanting to watch for a while, but I can’t decide which one to start next.
I’ve been watching anime casually for a few years now, mostly based on recommendations from friends. I’ve watched shows like Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, My Hero Academia, and Solo Leveling, and I’ve enjoyed them all. Lately, though, I’ve been wanting to branch out and watch some of the anime that are considered the best of the best, shows with incredible stories, memorable characters, deeper themes, and the kind of writing that really makes you think.
The problem is that I don’t know where to start, and these are the three that keep coming up:
Monster
Devilman Crybaby
Frieren
Which one would you recommend, and why?
