Hello ds2 community! I recently finished ds1 and now I'm here :)

So I'll be updating my journey (if something worthy of posting happens). I'm not a super knowledgeable person that knows what build I want to go rn ,but due to me being a tank build user in ds1 , I'll probably go for similar type of run. Thanks for reading this paragraph. If you have any advice, please do comment it, all help will be of great benefit :)

I did it I completed iit! My first ever playthrough (I feel something I can't fully explain)

Well, so I just downloaded the game like 2 weeks ago. And I was SUPER NERVOUS to even start the game . It was due to the reputation that people make of the series and its genre. With a sliver of courage I started the game, made my character, and chose my class (knight)with the starting gift(tiny beings ring). And set out to feel the adventure, mystery, and bullshit I was yet not aware of. And holy shit I got stomped on my first fight with the asylum demon. Then after like 4-5 runs I searched "how to defeat the asylum demon "... Then found out about the way to get my items, and then swiftly made past the prison. To the firelink shrine ⛩️. Then with a lot of hardship I rang the first bell, then with a lot more Hardship I , rang the second bell. Made past the sen's fortress 🏯 to the infamous ANOR LONDO.... Man, that Cutscene was beautiful. It was so full of colour , I forgot I was playing a depressing game . So I, with a LOT, of hardship defeated O&S.(well I was built a tank so I just stomped them mfs, tbh it was EASY 😎) . Then it was time to hunt down the four beings to get their soul... First was seath (easy, beat him on the 3rd try ), then was Bed of chaos (easy, 2nd try ), then was the infamous NITO (ngl I WAS SHITTING MY PANTS IN TOMB OF GIANTS, but, i BEAT HIM ON FIRST TRY), then was time for the Four kings (that too waS FIRST TRY!).... then I started the dlc... Beat the sanctuary guardian on the first try, took 2 tries to beat artorias... Then I hurried back (I didn't wanted to fight manus, khalmeet(the dragon) because I was scared of them). I didn't go to the painted world too, because it felt like it was just too boring for me to go. And it was time for gwin . Well, it took a LOT OF rage, but I beat him too... My build was BKGS (that i got from the knight at undead parish) , havels armour, his ring, FAP ring. Usually I didn't even use a shield , but sometimes I did use the power within pyromancy... If you are thinking of having a first play through, just start it, that's all I can say , because this game does pose bullshits at times In front of you, but YOU are NEVER out of OPTIONS to try.

bullshit boss , gwin, the Lord of these nuts

Where is the parry window?... I am tired of the run back also . Dawg I'm using a tank build (BKGS + havels armour) that's why it takes almost twice as much time to do the run back. I tried my all. I even used power within to help, although I do great damage, but that mf DOES NOT give me time to heal. And as mentioned above I can't find the parry window 90%of the time.

Just reached anor londo 😛✌

After ringing the first bell, I rang the second bell, then I went to the sen's fortress (as shown in the cutscene)... Then I died a lot but I made it to the iron golem boss , beated the metallic shit out of him. Then I got kidnapped to anor londo. This is the latest progress I made :)
