Recreating the Universe: Empowered by the Paragons, Oliver uses his new cosmic abilities as the Spectre to battle the Anti-Monitor and reboot the multiverse into Earth-Prime.

Later Appearances

Series Finale of Arrow: Oliver's presence as the Spectre lingers, allowing him to watch over his loved ones and eventually reunite with Felicity in a pocket paradise.

The Flash Return: Stephen Amell reprised his role as Oliver Queen/The Spectre in The Flash Season 9, Episode 9 ("It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want To"), aiding Barry Allen against Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork.
