I have a completed, registered pilot for a 1 hour, 8 episode prestige mini series, as well as a companion pitch deck. What I DON'T have is very many friends or colleagues in this realm of work or creativity to provide feedback prior to queries. What safe/official avenues are there for this? Thanks!

I currently have a mortgage with a rate of 3.65% and a balance of 288,000. It was a 30 year mortage and I have 21 years left.

I also have a home equity loan / second mortage with a balance of 108k and 9 years left. It was a 10 year loan at 9.19%

I have an offer to roll them into 1 loan with a little cash out so let's say $420k total for 15 years at 5.5% (6.65 apr)

Does that make sense to do? Monthly will be a little higher total but not concerned about it. Am I saving money in the long run as a whole?
