Pulse Demon was my introduction to noise, as I assume it was for many more people, but why is that one that went viral? As far as I'm aware, it's not regarded as the best by most Merzbow fans, it certainly isn't my favorite, and I wouldn't say it's the most beginner friendly noise album out there. Was it the cover making people curious? Pure luck?

Tried to choose 3 very different movies, didn't want to repeat directors so it would be harder. The in betweens are mostly based on feels rather than theme, but some of the themes also fit it for them.

Reasoning for my choices:
Eraserhead- Surreal like The Holy Mountain, atmospheric and dark like An Elephant Sitting Still
Hana & Alice- A bit dreamy and slow-ish from An Elephant Sitting Still, silly and fun like Swing Girls, all coming of age films
Love Exposure- Quirky, fast paced like Swing Girls, Surreal with religious and sexual symbolism like The Holy Mountain
Songs From the Second Floor- Bizarre, religious themes, dark and atmospheric, full of symbolism, but still very quirky and fun.
I'm in my mid 20s so some of my shirt are a decade old, maybe a little more, and also a pair of socks that should be around that. Curious about y'all.
